Warehouse Executive/MIS Executive

Role Objective

The Warehouse MIS Executive will be responsible for data management, reporting, and analysis of warehouse operations. The role ensures timely and accurate MIS reporting, enabling effective monitoring of inventory, dispatches, inward/outward stock, and warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for warehouse operations (inward, outward, inventory, stock aging, dispatches, etc.).
• Monitor KPIs such as stock accuracy, order fulfillment rate, TAT, and storage utilization.
• Create dashboards for warehouse performance and share with management.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

2. Data Management

• Ensure accurate entry, reconciliation, and validation of warehouse data.
• Track and analyze material movement, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for real-time data updates.

3. Inventory Control

• Assist in cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Provide variance reports and highlight discrepancies.
• Maintain records for returns, rejections, and scrapped material.

4. Process Improvement & Coordination

• Work with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline reporting formats.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements in data tracking and MIS systems.
• Support management in decision-making through analysis and forecasting.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation of stock movement and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced formulas).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights effectively.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Time management and ability to handle pressure in fast-moving operations.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation/Diploma
• 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse MIS / Data Analysis / Logistics reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,604.88 - ₹27,000.00 per month
