Redmond Area (On-Site)
Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000
We’re hiring someone to own a small, high-leverage operations hub and make it run, with passion for technology, consumer electronics, and getting hands on with cutting edge hardware.
This is not a traditional warehouse manager role. You’ll join a capable, experienced team and ensure the facility runs smoothly, consistently, and without friction. You won’t inherit a large staff or heavy bureaucracy — you’ll bring ownership, clarity, and steady execution.
If you’re the kind of person who says “I’ll take that” and quietly follows through, this role is for you.
Day-to-day ownership of the Redmond warehouse/logistics and office space
Mail, deliveries, staging areas, supplies, access, and workspace standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, predictable environment
Receiving, testing, grading (A/B/C), and disposition of returns
Ensure consistent standards and reduce repeat issues
Maintain inventory accuracy through structured cycle counts and clear location management
Support and develop the on-site logistics and reverse logistics team
Bridge the gap between the warehouse floor and corporate partners (Finance/Supply Planning, Product, Customer Experience) to ensure the logistics pipeline never bottlenecks.
Keep work moving when priorities are unclear or shifting.
Triage backlog: urgent vs important, customer-impacting vs internal.
Build simple SOPs, checklists, and visual standards
Identify repeat breakdowns and fix root causes
Use tools (spreadsheets, scanners, automation, AI) thoughtfully — without overengineering
You influence.
You respect experienced specialists and work alongside them.
You lead through clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
You improve systems without creating unnecessary complexity.
The facility and logistics run smoothly and predictably.
Returns are processed consistently and efficiently.
Inventory discrepancies decrease over time.
Cross-functional partners experience low friction.
Small issues don’t linger — they get resolved.
3–7 years in warehouse, inventory, or operations roles
Experience in returns processing or inventory control preferred
Comfortable using spreadsheets and operational tools including AI
Familiarity with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer peripherals across common consumer operating systems
Physical requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate a pallet jack
We value ownership, judgment, curiosity, and reliability over titles.
The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. The hired candidate will be eligible for company paid medical/dental/vision insurance, short-term and long term disability, Life, HSA, 401K match, wellness benefits, company products and qualified education reimbursement.
