WAREHOUSE IN-CHARGE

We are a well-established B2B trading and distribution company in the UAE looking to hire an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to take complete responsibility for warehouse operations and manpower.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff supervision.
• Manage warehouse manpower, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Implement process improvements and support technology adoption (WMS, reporting, tracking).
• Take independent operational decisions to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and management teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years UAE/GCC experience in a similar warehouse supervisory or in-charge role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Decision-maker with the ability to handle pressure and operational challenges.
• Change- and technology-oriented mindset.
• Hard-working, hands-on, and accountable.
• Willing to take full responsibility of warehouse and personnel.
• Multilingual (English mandatory; Arabic / Hindi / Urdu / other languages an advantage).

Salary AED 5,000-6,000 based on Experience, Company Visa + Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
