Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse In-charge / Driver to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure safe, timely delivery of goods. The role combines inventory control, warehouse supervision, and driving responsibilities to support smooth logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams for stock movement
• Report damaged, missing, or expired items

Inventory & Documentation

• Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, and stock records
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of reorder requirements
• Maintain accurate warehouse logs and documentation

Driving & Delivery

• Deliver goods to customers, branches, or suppliers in a timely manner
• Load and unload goods safely and securely
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Comply with all traffic laws and company driving policies

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to company safety procedures and warehouse regulations
• Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Report accidents, vehicle issues, or safety concerns immediately

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and driving
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Light Vehicle/Driving w UAE License
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of local routes and logistics operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
