Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, dispatch, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods. The role requires leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and knowledge of warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
• Manage warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Prepare reports on inventory, dispatch, and stock discrepancies.
• Implement cost-control and efficiency improvement measures.
