PM Biomedical is a rapidly growing medical equipment repair and refurbishment company, and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing inventory, supporting technicians, and maintaining an efficient, well-organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory of all incoming and outgoing parts, units, accessories, and supplies.
- Track stock levels daily and proactively notify the team when items are low, running out, and need to be reordered.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for easy accessibility, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Issue parts, components, and units to technicians and ensure every item is properly logged out of inventory.
- Receive and tag new inventory according to company procedures, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Support shipping & receiving tasks as needed, ensuring proper handling of inbound/outbound equipment.
- Work closely with technicians, purchasing, and the operations team to ensure all orders can be fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Uphold safety guidelines and maintain a clean, secure work environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (medical equipment or electronics preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software (preferred).
- Ability to lift, move, and organize equipment/parts as needed (up to 40–50 lbs).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technicians and office staff.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
