Warehouse & Inventory Lead

Hercules LED is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for pulling and staging orders for installation crews, shipping outgoing materials, coordinating freight, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring our commercial and industrial lighting projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Staging

• Pull products accurately from inventory based on job orders
• Stage materials for installation crews by project
• Verify quantities and product types before release
• Ensure jobs are organized, labeled, and ready for pickup
  
  

Shipping & Receiving

• Package and ship materials via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
• Coordinate freight shipments and schedule pickups when necessary
• Receive inbound shipments and verify against packing slips
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
  
  

Inventory Management

• Track and maintain accurate inventory counts
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits
• Monitor stock levels and communicate low inventory to management
• Organize warehouse for efficiency and accessibility
  
  

Delivery Support

• Deliver materials to job sites or customers when needed
• Load and unload vehicles safely
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx) is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
