We are authorized super stockist of two wheeler spare parts of TVS, Royal Enfield, Hero, Honda, Bajaj, working on Pan U.P. since last 40 Yr. our Head Quarter based in Lucknow. We are distributing the spare parts to end user through retailers, wholesalers, distributors, Garage holders etc.

We are hiring for a " Native / Permanent resident (means having their own residence OR any close relative's ownd home staying their he can commute for job in Lucknow, U.P. " Who will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end branch operations, including sales coordination, inventory management, logistics, staff supervision and customer relationship management. The role ensures smooth daily operations, achievement of sales targets and adherence to company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts and aftermarket operations will prefer.
- Inventory and supply chain understanding.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Basic accounting and GST knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP / billing software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
Require Work Experience & Qualifications:-
- 5–8 years of experience in automotive spare parts or similar industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or branch management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-
- Branch sales and profitability, Stock accuracy and inventory turnover, Customer satisfaction and retention, Team productivity and attrition, Compliance and audit scores.
Key Role and Job Responsibilities:-
Branch Operations, Team Management, Inventory & Supply Chain Management, Accounts & Compliance, Customer Service.
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Implement company SOPs, policies, and operational standards
- Monitor branch performance and prepare MIS reports
- Monitor stock levels, fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Ensure proper inward, outward, and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse and HO for timely replenishment
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and obsolescence
- Supervise and motivate branch staff (sales, billing, warehouse, delivery)
- Allocate duties and ensure productivity
- Conduct training on product knowledge and operational processes
- Manage attendance, discipline, and performance reviews
- Oversee billing, cash handling, credit control, and collections
- Ensure compliance with GST, invoicing, and company audit requirements
- Coordinate with accounts team for daily and monthly closures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and returns effectively
- Build long-term relationships with dealers and retailers

Remuneration & Benefits:-
- CTC:- Rs.32,000 - 42,000/- per month + Incentives + TA / DA + PF / ESIC + Insurance + Others.
