Warehouse Inventory Prep and Order Picking Technician

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Prep and Order Picking Technician to join our aerospace logistics team. Someone who is very good at things like gift wrapping or neatly packing items is who we are after. Someone that likes airplanes, flying, and aviation is ideal. This role is vital in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, and data analysis, with experience in warehouse management systems and materials handling. Duties

• Prepare inventory for shipment by accurately picking and packing orders according to specifications using warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain precise stock levels.
• Manage shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and warehouse protocols and materials handling procedures.
• Provide beautiful inventory preparation, wrapping, boxing items, stickering boxes and packages to make the customer unpacking experience the best in the world.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse, inventory handling, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, procurement processes, and materials handling equipment including forklifts.
• Knowledge of 3PL logistics providers, e-commerce fulfillment processes, retail management practices, and contracts management is a plus.
• Very good at wrapping gifts or packages. Very good at making a normal brown box look beautiful. Someone that takes pride in creating an absolutely gorgeous product pack that makes the customer feel like they purchased from the best in the world, because we are the best in the world!
• Ability to perform lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for maintaining optimal warehouse operations through meticulous inventory preparation and order picking while leveraging advanced data analytics to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
