The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and managing the flow of goods in and out of the material and logistics facility. Who Are We Looking For?

• An organized, detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude.
• Manage and document materials through all stages of the warehouse, including receiving, prefabrication, storage, and returns.
• Accurately receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials from manufacturers, fabrication shops, and job sites.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and communicate findings with the Logistics Control Manager.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, and stored according to company procedures.
• Support Advanced Work Packaging efforts alongside construction and preconstruction teams.
• Coordinate daily delivery driver schedules and optimize routing for maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, returns, or discrepancies.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and ensure all drivers meet licensing requirements.
• Take ownership of warehouse cleanliness and organization, keeping the facility safe and efficient.
