About the Role
Dubai Camel Hospital is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Keeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing supplies, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the efficient operation of the hospital warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries and supplies.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
- Issue materials, equipment, and supplies to various departments as required.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of veterinary medicines, consumables, and equipment in accordance with hospital standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Follow health, safety, and warehouse operating procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse or inventory management are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Keeper, Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller.
- Experience in a healthcare, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or hospital environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in Dubai, UAE.
Pay: From AED1.00 per month
