Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive materials and equipment and verify compliance with Purchase Orders (PO) and approved specifications.
  • Store and organize materials safely and systematically for easy identification and access.
  • Record all material receipts and issues accurately in the inventory system (ERP / Excel).
  • Issue materials as per approved requests and coordinate with procurement and project teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and raise replenishment requests (PRs) when stock reaches minimum limits.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts (monthly / annual) and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper storage practices at all times.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and prevent material damage or loss.
  • Prepare inventory and stock status reports and submit them to direct management.
  • Perform item coding and item creation in the system for all projects.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience (in a utilities, infrastructure, or industrial environment is preferable).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a site-based environment.
