Warehouse Lead (11:30pm - 9:00pm)

Company Overview:

• PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
• We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.

Position Overview:

• This role manages 20 associates
• 90% on the floor supervising & providing support
• 10% admin. tasks

• Main Objective: Build and manage a strong, dependable team to streamline our client's Warehouse Operations
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (11:30am - 9pm)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Distribute tasks and oversee daily workload
• Train and coach staff on proper procedures
• Holding accountability with employees
  
• Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
• Document daily site activity
• Build a positive workplace culture

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Review Timesheets

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis*
• Management Experience
  
• Proficient in Computer Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
