We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations while working alongside the team. This is not a desk job. You will be active and involved throughout the day.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for daily warehouse execution including picking, stocking, receiving, dispatching deliveries, inventory control, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. This role requires leadership by example, strong reliability, and physical stamina.

Schedule

Monday-Friday - 6:45AM - 5:00PM

Saturday 7am-3:00PM

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and verify customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Dispatch deliveries and coordinate routes
• Hire and oversee delivery drivers
• Collect and verify payments when required
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Process returns accurately and efficiently
• Ensure shelves are faced and inventory is in correct order
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Communicate consistently with the sales counter team
• Lead by example in work ethic, attitude, and accountability

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Constant standing, walking, bending, and movement throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Experience operating pallet jacks

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Clear background check
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse software systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
