Job Summary:
Boutique lighting design company looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to manage our warehouse, inventory, and accounting books. This is a small team warehouse, so we need someone to manage the "back-office" and front office accounting using Zoho Books.
What you’ll be doing:
- Zoho Inventory & Accounting: You will be the owner of our warehouse books. You'll record stock movements, update inventory values, and ensure our records in Zoho are 100% accurate.
- Order Preparation: Instead of just "moving boxes," you will carefully help prepare orders for project sites. You’ll make sure the requested products perfectly match the Quotations and project specifications.
- Team Supervision: You’ll lead our two warehouse staff members to ensure the space is organized and orders are packed safely (lighting products are fragile!).
- Quality Control: Before anything is sent out, you’ll verify that the products are correct and in perfect condition.
- Stock Audits: Perform regular physical counts and reconcile them with our Zoho records.
What we’re looking for:
- Zoho Proficiency: Experience using Zoho Books/Inventory) is a must. You should be comfortable with digital bookkeeping.
- Detail-Oriented: You must be able to read project quotations and technical specs to ensure we are sending the right lighting components to the right sites.
- UAE Experience: You understand warehouse flow and logistics within the UAE.
- Organized: You can manage the administrative side (invoices/records) just as well as the physical side (shelving/packing).
- Education: Accounting Diploma and or warehouse work experience is preferred.
