We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Leads for full-time positions. If you are looking for a stable job with great benefits, the Warehouse Lead position might be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading, and scanning of freight
• Lead and support a team of 2 dock associates
• Ensure dock operations run smoothly and on schedule
• In-person interaction with customers
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and workflow
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock environment

Requirements:

• Forklift experience required (stand-up preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
• Excellent attendance and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Must be dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation

Warehouse Lead Compensation and Perks:

• Paid on a W-2
• Paid vacation and holiday time for full-time employees

Schedule:

• Monday—Friday

Shifts:

• AM Start Time: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Pay:

• Weekly pay
• $19-$20 per hour
