Warehouse Lead (Kingman Office)

The Big Task

You will be contributing to the company’s plan by always looking for ways to improve technician efficiency by having the proper warehouse and truck stock, frequent restock, and efficient delivery driver dispatching. You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties.

Key Sub Tasks

• Manage truck replenishment process, material return process and purchase order process
• Manage next day installs and installs in general, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment
  
• Manage warehouse stocking
  
• Upkeep of yard and warehouse
• Pull, label and stage material and equipment for jobs
• Opening/Closing warehouse
• Replenishing technicians daily
• Load/Unload stakebeds
• Assist with scrap metal and units
• Tracking and scheduling vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Ordering and receiving materials
• Warranty submittals
• Running parts to technicians

Desired Skills and Experience

• Must be able to lift in excess of 50lbs
• Must have ability to operate forklift
• Must have a valid state driver's license and meet insurability requirements
• You should have experience in supply chain functional, operations/inventory management experience.
• General accounting concept knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
  
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with store teams, finance team and upper management.
• Ability to use financial metrics to accurately read and diagnose business performance. The ability to use all levers to maximize key performance metric outputs.
• Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving.
• A self-motivated leader who is accountable for one’s work.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data.
