Full-Time | Santa Cruz, CA (In-Person Only)

Wonderfil, PBC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the production of our refill stations and warehouse operations. Training will be provided and we are looking for someone to start in June 2026.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited to help bring sustainable hardware to life.

Responsibilities

• Help build Wonderfil’s warehouse operations from the ground up
• Receive, stock, pack, and ship inventory related to our refill stations as well as the bulk soaps to refill our growing stations
• Keep our inventory accurate and ensure we have enough material on hand
• Deliver product, restock, and clean deployed Wonderfil machines in the greater bay area
• Keep digital systems up to date with inventory transactions
• Manage Wonderfil’s growing logistics network

Qualifications

Required

• Must live in Santa Cruz County and be available to work 100% in-person at our Westside Santa Cruz warehouse's
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfort operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Preferred

• Exposure to production lines or hardware manufacturing processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 + DOE
• 2 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO), sick days, and holiday pay
• Health insurance (medical only; vision and dental not included)
