Compensation: OMR 2,100 per month (Total Package)

The Operational Mandate Based in the strategic Industrial Hub of Ghala, Intiduta Surya Oman is seeking a WMS Lead to spearhead the digital transformation of our supply chain operations. This role is designed for a technical logistics expert who can manage the full lifecycle of warehouse automation and system optimization. You will ensure that our data flows as efficiently as our physical inventory in one of Muscat’s most critical logistics zones.

Systemic DNA & Responsibilities

• WMS Architecture Oversight: Lead the configuration and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System, ensuring real-time data accuracy across all inbound and outbound logistics.
• Process Optimization: Design and implement automated workflows to reduce cycle times and eliminate bottlenecks within the Ghala Industrial Hub facility.
• Data Integrity & Inventory Control: Oversee rigorous system audits to ensure 100% alignment between physical stock and digital records, minimizing shrinkage and forecasting errors.
• User Training & Support: Serve as the primary technical lead for onsite staff, conducting training sessions to ensure high system adoption and operational compliance.

Professional Profile

• Career Foundation: 5+ years of experience in WMS implementation or administration (SAP WM/EWM, Oracle WMS, or Manhattan preferred) within a high-volume logistics environment.
• Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of SQL, barcode/RFID integration, and automated sorting system interfaces.
• Linguistic Standard: C2-level proficiency in professional English is required for technical reporting and vendor management.
• Asynchronous Updates: Proficiency in using Loom to record system walkthroughs and troubleshooting guides for the logistics team.
