Market Outstanding Management
Establish efficient procedures for tracking and managing market outstandings.
Reduce overdue payments and improve cash flow through proactive measures.
Collaborate with the finance team to analyse outstanding trends and take corrective actions.
Implement clear credit control policies and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
Corporate Hospitals & Government Institutions – Pricing & Payment Realization
Develop structured pricing strategies for corporate hospitals and government institutions.
Ensure timely payment realization through strong collection mechanisms.
Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and government institutions.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with institutional contracts.
Supply Chain & Distribution Optimization
Strengthen supply chain efficiency for timely product availability.
Identify and implement cost-effective logistics solutions.
Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and pharmaceutical regulations.
Regulatory & Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, government policies, and company standards.
Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits.
Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
Optimize costs while maintaining high operational efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
