Title: Warehouse Manager (Full Time)

Location: Saint Louis

Reports to: Director of Operations

Travel: 1-2X/year

We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated, and experienced Warehouse Manager to assist in leading our warehouse operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Petite Keep by developing strategies to deliver best in class fulfillment to our customers by driving efficient operations and ensuring a consistent high-quality hand crafted product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, develop leaders internally within our warehouse staff, and drive long-term scalability—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Timely and Accurate Fulfillment

• Identifying trends to ensure appropriate staffing measures are met to support a 48 hour shipping timeframe.
• Implementing systems to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Supporting cross-functional teams by implementing systems for bulk orders, customized orders, and gifting
• Ownership of the "Trunks per Hour" Key Performance Indicator.
• Owning Quality and continuously reducing product defects in manufacturing

Operations & Logistics

• Lead implementation of warehouse management software
• Prioritize employee safety by creating safety standards and ensuring proper training across team members
• Ensure inventory counts are up to date
• Manage receiving of incoming inventory and ensuring quality control each step of the way
• Solidify hiring and onboarding systems to support ease of staffing
• Maintain accurate stock levels

Drive Warehouse Culture

• Champion our warehouse culture, creating a fun and energetic place to work
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide behind the scenes of creating Petite Keep's line of hand crafted products

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• Proven track record of driving efficiency and implementing new systems.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to galvanize warehouse team members
• Passion for Petite Keep's brand mission and target audience.
• Strong ability to identify processes, translate to instructional SOPs, delegate, track success, and iterate

Pay: $46,972.34 - $85,000.00 per year
