Position Overview
Digital Scoreboards LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our warehouse and adjacent support functions. This role oversees the handling, storage, and deployment of AV and LED products, while also managing customer service, training logistics, inventory, and assembly teams. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, speed of response, and seamless customer experience.

This role will play a key part in launching our new warehouse facility. You’ll assist with setting up operations, organizing inventory systems, and ensuring processes are in place for efficient day-to-day management. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to help build a smooth-running operation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight
  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and outbound logistics.
  • Ensure efficient handling and deployment of AV racks, LED products, and related materials.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with industry standards.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Management
Provide leadership, training, and performance management across all roles to uphold company standards and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Supervise and support the following functional areas:
  • Customer Service: Oversee Customer Service Manager and Specialists to ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Training & Commissioning: Coordinate with Training and Commissioning Manager and Specialists to align warehouse readiness with field deployment schedules.
  • Inventory & Assembly: Manage Inventory Specialists and Assembly/Packaging team to ensure product availability and readiness.
  • AV Rack Building: Ensure AV Rack Builders have the tools, materials, and support needed for efficient production.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Align inventory and assembly efforts with project managers to support on-time delivery.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce turnaround time and increase accuracy.

Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Develop and refine SOPs for warehouse and support functions.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
  • Track and report on KPIs including delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and team productivity.

Results Required
  • Maintain 98% on-time delivery rate for customer orders.
  • Ensure warehouse and support functions meet industry standards for safety and throughput.
  • Achieve 99% inventory accuracy through proactive management and audits.
  • Support rapid deployment of AV and LED systems through efficient coordination across teams.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or operations management, preferably in AV, electronics, or technical equipment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and customer service operations.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with OSHA standards and management.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed; forklift certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with AV and LED product handling is highly desirable.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (and 75+ lbs with assistance) and perform frequent bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
  • Comfortable working in varied environments (hot, cold, dusty, noisy) and using PPE and material-handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail for labeling, counting, and quality checks; able to follow instructions and use basic tools/technology (scanners, tablets, WMS).
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn new processes.
  • Digital Scoreboards may provide or require training.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment or approved remote setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets may be used. Occasional travel or extended hours may be required depending on business needs.
