Salary: UP TO 30K

Location: Seekri Ballabgarh, Faridabad

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations: Oversee all activities within the warehouse, from receiving and storage to order fulfillment and shipping.
• Oversee staff: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse employees to meet productivity goals and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate logistics: Work with suppliers, transport companies, and clients to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Manage inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure safety and compliance: Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures, and ensure the warehouse is a clean and secure environment.
• Optimize processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Manage equipment: Ensure all warehouse machinery and equipment are in good working order and perform regular maintenance checks.
• Handle finances: Develop financial plans, manage budgets, and prepare reports on warehouse activities and performance for management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
