Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and leading a team of warehouse staff to maintain high standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
