Our success depends on strong field operations and organized, accurate material management. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material coordination.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all warehouse materials, ensuring accurate inventory, timely ordering, and clear communication with the office and purchasing team. This role is critical to keeping our field crews productive and preventing delays caused by missing or untracked materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily warehouse operations
  • Receive, check in, and verify all incoming material deliveries
  • Scan delivery tickets and packing slips and email documentation to the main office
  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory of all materials in the warehouse
  • Track material usage and identify low-stock items
  • Prepare and email material orders to approved suppliers when stock runs low
  • Coordinate closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure accurate ordering and alignment
  • Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility
  • Stage materials for upcoming projects and service crews
  • Track tools, equipment, and company-owned materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Communicate material availability and shortages proactively
  • Assist with periodic inventory audits and reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse, inventory, or material management experience (construction or electrical preferred)
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills
  • Experience with inventory systems, spreadsheets, or tracking software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (email required)
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
