Job Description

Experience, Skills and Abilities for Operational Manager:

• Prior experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required.
• Prior Warehouse Managing and overseeing employees experience preferred.
• Prior Dispatching is preferred.
• Strong computer skills required
• Must have a strong work ethic with specific attention to detail

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Operational Manager:

• Attend and actively participate in all required meetings and conference calls
• A Company cell phone is provided, with the understanding that you will respond to calls, emails and any communication from management and customers to provide superior customer service
• Manage and over see all employees in your location
• Responsible for hiring, training and terminating employees
• Will have Keyholder responsibilities
• Ensure your location is always open on time and functions properly
• Limited Responsibility handling cash outs, bank deposits, etc.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse
• Ensure dispatch deliveries go out in a timely manner

Education & Knowledge for Operational Manager:

• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
• Must maintain a clean driving record
• Superior interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Must work well under pressure
• Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,300.00 per week
