Warehouse Manager

1.Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

2.Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

3.Manage warehouse staff including training, performance management, and scheduling.

4.Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.

5.Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

6.Conduct regular audits and coordinate inventory counts.

7.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices; promote a safe work environment.

8.Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

9.Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs and resource allocation.

10.Utilize warehouse management software and technology to streamline operations.

*Qualifications:*

1.Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).

2.Proven experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.

3.Strong leadership and team management skills.

4.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

5.Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

6.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

7.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.

8. Understanding of Unicommerce and other OMS

9. Should have handled D2C/B2C/B2B Operations for a market place/ brands

10. Good knowledge in Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
