Warehouse Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Oversees daily operations, from receiving goods to dispatch, managing staff, inventory, safety, and efficiency, ensuring smooth logistics, meeting KPIs like order accuracy, and controlling costs by optimizing space, processes, and resources for timely fulfillment.

Will be assigned to work in AFRICA.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise daily receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Inventory Control: Conduct audits, maintain accuracy, manage stock levels, and reconcile with systems.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and manage warehouse teams, fostering teamwork and performance.
• Process Improvement: Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and resource utilization to boost efficiency and minimize loss.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
• Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance, efficient use, and proper handling of machinery.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and general software.
• Knowledge of inventory control and materials handling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
