Warehouse & Field Support Manager

Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Onyx Electric is a growing residential electrical company in Tampa, FL. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Field Support Manager to keep our field technicians stocked and ready to work every day.

What you'll do:

• Fulfill technician material lists same-day — pull from stock or order immediately
• Stage and label job kits by technician, job number, and date
• Manage inventory with 98%+ accuracy and provide weekly reports to ownership
• Track vendor invoices, flag pricing changes, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, tool rentals, and van restocking

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience with field service software (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar) a plus
• Trades background (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift materials
• Self-starter who communicates problems before they become emergencies
