Purpose: As the Warehouse Manager, you will manage the operations of receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to purchase orders and warehouse policy. You will be the primary lead in ensuring material pulls are executed with meticulous attention to detail and ensure timely delivery to our field teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:- Experience: 2+ years in a Warehouse/Distribution facility; past management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge: General knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical materials is helpful.
- Schedule: Based in Memphis with a mandatory travel schedule of two days per week to Jonesboro.
- Compliance: Must have a clean driving record (MVR) and ability to pass a drug screen and DOT Physical.
- Physical: Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for 8-12 hour shifts in varying weather conditions.

Job Responsibilities:- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked inventory levels as directed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the Kimbel Distribution Center for timely material delivery.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Oversee the loading/unloading of trucks and accurate pulling of materials for field jobs.
- Conduct accurate mid-year and year-end inventory audits.
- Ensure facilities are safe and work is conducted in a "safety-first" manner.
