This job requires planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing,

inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.


Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for accurately receiving parts and products into the warehouse and system.

2. Accurately manage inventory in the warehouse by conducting daily cycle counts

3. Accurately and promptly process orders for delivery/ issuance of parts

4. Implement and maintain the following KPI’s: Inventory accuracy and pick accuracy on a

periodic basis.

5. Ensure accurate counts and up to date data input into the warehouse system (Fishbowl) by

properly scanning material items in and out.

6. Maintain min-max inventory levels in coordination with the Purchasing Manager.

7. Responsible for pre-assembly of kits in the warehouse operations

8. Responsible for outbound logistics/ shipping delivery to the customer and/or job sites, ensuring

items are properly checked out in the system to the correct job site.

9. Maintain warehouse appearance and implement 5S ( Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain)

10. Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met

11. Partner and communicate with suppliers as required, act as back up for Purchasing Manager

12. Hands-on management: will be highly involved in the day-to-day activities, schedules to include

time keeping) and decisions of the warehouse team.

13. Coordinates and communicates with BOM Engineering Coordinator; Operations and Purchasing

Manager.

14. Oversees the maintenance of supplies and tools for field operations.

15. Ability to be flexible under continuous customer scheduling demands, including flexible hours

16. Attend all meetings and conference calls as required.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

1. Excellent organizational skills

2. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills

3. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

4. Understanding of business and management principles

5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

6. Attention to detail

7. High School, GED or equivalent required

8. Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred, or level of experience

9. Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred

10. Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others

11. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

12. Forklift Certification required

13. Physical requirements include

a. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

b. Prolonged periods of standing or walking in the warehouse

c. Acclimated to warehouse conditions, temperatures

d. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time

e. Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs

f. May require travel
