Pay Rate: $35$45 per hour (based on experience)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Abilene, TX location. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage people, processes, and inventory efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and management teams to meet business needs
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
