Warehouse Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff and supervisors, fostering a motivated environment focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management systems such as AS400 or other warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and streamline processes.
• Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize space utilization.
• Coordinate logistics operations including 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, freight carriers, and shipping & receiving schedules to ensure smooth distribution flows.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and best practices across all warehouse activities to maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, including forklift operation and heavy lifting procedures.
• Monitor inventory control measures to prevent loss, theft, or damage while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to support order fulfillment accuracy in fast-paced environments requiring quick turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a distribution or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and materials handling processes.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other warehouse mechanical equipment; forklift certification preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or equivalent platforms like Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues related to heavy lifting machinery or conveyor systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices.
• Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL providers is highly desirable.

Pay: $47,940.39 - $57,734.66 per year
