Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory management, and lead a team to achieve efficiency and accuracy. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of warehouse systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and implement effective tracking systems.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on inventory, shipments, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in technology-driven environments is a plus.
