Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Duties

• Lead and manage daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling.
• Oversee warehouse distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with customer demands.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety protocols, and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, shipments, and order processing.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PL providers to optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards through regular inspections and training sessions.
• Manage shipping & receiving operations, including heavy lifting procedures and materials handling equipment like forklifts.
• Maintain accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Support e-commerce fulfillment processes by streamlining workflows for high-volume order processing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and AS400 platforms.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, materials handling, and heavy lifting procedures.
• Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance is highly desirable; forklift certification preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety compliance.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.
