We are currently seeking an organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, materials, equipment, and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical teams have the tools, materials, and support they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers every day.

Pay: $42-47/hour Depending On Experience

Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 4:00pm

Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, inventory management, material staging, purchasing support, and fleet coordination. This individual will work closely with the Service, Installation, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments to ensure materials and equipment are available, organized, and ready for each day's scheduled work.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and a solid understanding of residential service and construction materials.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
• Previous experience in the Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical
• Strong understanding of inventory management and material control processes
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, equipment, and service materials
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, managers, vendors, and suppliers
• Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and mobile technology
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds as needed
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Service Titan or similar field service management software
• Purchasing and vendor management experience
