Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, supervising a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
• Inventory Management:

Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.

• Stock Verification:

Conduct regular stock verification audits to maintain accurate inventory records and reduce discrepancies.Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including training and development to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.Ensure the warehouse is a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.Coordinate with logistics and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.Provide regular reports and analysis on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and staff performance.Requirements:

• Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
