Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager, based in Miami, FL. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing inventory, organizing stock, and overseeing team members. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient stock control, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating logistics for order fulfillment. The role also involves managing warehouse equipment such as forklifts and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Typical responsibilities :

Managing warehouse staff and supervisors

Warehouse organization

Overseeing receiving, picking, packing, and shipping

Improving productivity and warehouse KPIs

Maintaining inventory accuracy

Ensuring safety compliance

Managing equipment and warehouse layout

Handling labor scheduling and staffing

Key metrics :

Pick/pack speed

Order accuracy

Labor efficiency

Dock turnaround time

Inventory shrinkage

Safety incidents

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Operations Management, including process optimization and team coordination
• Hands-on experience with Forklift Operation and other warehouse equipment
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
