Warehouse Manager – Clothing & Ethnic Wear Brand

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the complete operations of our clothing and ethnic wear brand warehouse. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inventory management, order processing, employee supervision, and overall warehouse administration. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and timely operations that directly support brand growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Monitor and supervise warehouse staff and workforce scheduling.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packing, and shipment dispatch.
• Implement processes for quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team for stock updates and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Analyze operational efficiency and suggest improvements for productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferably in clothing/fashion industry).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, order management, and staff handling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Ability to lead a team and manage workflow efficiently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ethnic wear or apparel warehouse management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
