Warehouse Manager – Cosmetics & Laboratory Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with knowledge in cosmetic laboratory operations to oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, product handling, and coordination with the laboratory and production departments. The candidate will ensure proper storage, stock accuracy, quality control, and compliance with company and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching products.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with the laboratory and production teams regarding raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cosmetic raw materials and laboratory items.
• Implement warehouse procedures and maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization standards.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate deliveries and shipment schedules with logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare warehouse reports, stock movement reports, and inventory analysis for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse management, preferably in cosmetics or laboratory-related industries.
• Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, laboratory procedures, and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in stock control and warehouse documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
