Warehouse Manager (ECOMMERCE INDUSTRY)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, inventory management expertise, and experience handling high-volume online orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, dispatch)
• Supervise picking, packing, labeling, and shipping processes
• Ensure timely order fulfillment with minimal errors
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement team
• Implement warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Oversee returns management (RTO handling)
• Ensure proper packaging standards for online marketplaces
• Manage warehouse staff scheduling and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Optimize space utilization and operational efficiency
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 7–8 years of experience in warehouse management (E-commerce preferred)
• Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify or D2C order processing
• Strong knowledge of inventory control & stock audits
• Proficiency in Excel & ERP/WMS software
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience managing large SKU counts
• Knowledge of courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.)
• Experience in high-volume festive sale operations
• Understanding of last-mile logistics coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,617.11 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
