A leading company in the food industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, safety, and efficient distribution of food products in compliance with local regulations and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity) suitable for food products.
• Implement FIFO / FEFO inventory management practices.
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and expiry dates.
• Conduct regular and cycle inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory and warehouse performance.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, pest control, and safety procedures.
• Operate warehouse management systems and ERP software.
• Comply with Saudi regulations related to food storage and safety.
