Warehouse Manager – Retail Stores

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations for our retail business and ensure efficient inventory management, storage, and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement with proper documentation
• Coordinate with stores, buying, and logistics teams for timely replenishment
• Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and operational efficiency
• Supervise warehouse staff, shift planning, and performance management
• Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise to avoid damages and shrinkage
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail industry
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Good leadership, reporting, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage large warehouse operations

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
