Warehouse Manager – SAP MM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Manage all warehouse transactions through SAP MM, including goods receipts, goods issues, and stock transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using min/max parameters and ensure system data integrity.
• Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams to align MRP (Material Requirements Planning) requirements with actual warehouse capacity.
• Monitor and analyze slow-moving and obsolete stock, proposing corrective actions to optimize inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in all warehouse activities.
• Supervise periodic cycle counts and physical inventories, reconciling differences between system and physical stock.
• Implement best practices in stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and warehouse layout optimization.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to support smooth material flow and on-time deliveries.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure operational excellence and adherence to SAP MM procedures.
