Job Title: Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor

Department: Operations Department
Location: Eastvale, California or Hamilton, New Jersey
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
Reports To: U.S. General Manager

About the Role |

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, quality control, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and experience in international or cross-border logistics.

Key Responsibilities |

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Plan and optimize warehouse layout and slotting; implement standard location management.
• Solve space utilization and efficiency issues using ABC classification and workflow analysis.

2. Inventory Safety & Control

• Establish inventory security measures (CCTV, dual check-in/out, cycle counts).
• Investigate and resolve any loss incidents; implement preventive measures.

3. Quality and Exception Management

• Monitor key performance indicators (accuracy rate, damage rate, timeliness).
• Develop escalation procedures for urgent and general issues.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

• Act as liaison between warehouse and customer service teams in China.
• Host review meetings to address recurring issues and process improvements.

5. Project & Process Improvement

• Lead warehouse upgrade projects (racking, automation, new equipment).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.

6. Partner Warehouse (3PL) Oversight

• Conduct on-site audits; ensure operational compliance and 5S standards.
• Provide standardized procedures and training to external partner warehouses.

Qualifications |

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics management; overseas warehouse preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics or international 3PL is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, WMS, and logistics systems.
• English and Chinese bilingual required .
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits |

• Base Salary: USD $5,000 – $8,000/month (depending on experience).
• Health Insurance: Employer-paid medical insurance after 60 days.
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation per year after 90 days.
• Other Benefits: Paid sick leave per applicable state law.

Preferred Background |

• Experience in international logistics companies (e.g., ED aloud,Cainiao, 4PX, Lege, etc.)
