Warehouse Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing daily office administration, supervising logistics operations, and ensuring smooth customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and capable of coordinating drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative duties in a growing company environment.

Working hours:

Training period (first 3 months): Monday to Friday, 8:15AM – 4:15 PM
After training: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM.(Includes 1-hour 10 mins unpaid lunch break)

Approximately 8 hours per day. with a flexible schedule.

After successful completion of the probation period, this position may transition to a full-time salaried role, based on performance and responsibility level. In addition, employees may be eligible for monthly performance-based incentives, determined by individual performance and overall company results.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support delivery drivers, ensuring timely customer deliveries and efficient transportation routes.
  • Oversee warehouse staff in unloading containers, preparing shipments, and maintaining organized inventory.
  • This position requires the ability to work comfortably in a quiet environment.( Very few customers come to visit.)

with minimal social interaction, focusing on detailed administrative tasks.

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling, filing, and lots document organization. Maintain the cleanliness of the office and warehouse. Maintain the quantity of goods on the shelves
  • Support logistics by occasionally packaging and coordinating express shipments.
  • Answer and route phone calls with professional etiquette.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate office maintenance needs.
  • Report directly to the President, supporting the implementation of company policies and daily workflow efficiency.

Qualifications / Experience

  • At least High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic experience in office, logistics, or administrative work preferred.
  • Familiar with QuickBooks
  • Good English communication skills for phone and in-person conversations.
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to grow with the company. The annual salary increase rate is approximately 4.0%.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
