Warehouse Operations Assistant

Bulunmaz is a leading Turkish manufacturer of high-tech machinery for the jewellery industry. With decades of experience, we offer CNC engraving machines, diamond and PCD cutting tools, micromotors, and other precision equipment to customers across the globe.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to work in our Dubai branch.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute import and export procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Re-crating, packaging and preparation for shipment of the machines
• Prepare, review, and maintain all required shipping and customs documentation
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any logistics issues
• Ensure proper warehouse organization and inventory handling
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse processes

Requirements:

• Valid UAE work eligibility
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory/warehouse management tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on ability to work in a warehouse environment, including participating in packing/re-crating tasks
• Valid driver’s license
