Warehouse Operations Coordinator / Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient flow of goods into and out of the warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely processing of shipments, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The individual will coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational goals. Bilingual - English / Spanish.

Inbound Operations (Incoming Goods):

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Ensure proper storage of goods according to type, safety, and FIFO/LIFO procedures.
Update inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to schedule deliveries.

Outbound Operations (Outgoing Goods):
Process orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
Coordinate timely shipment with logistics partners.
Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
Monitor delivery schedules and resolve shipping delays or issues.

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory audits.
Track damaged, expired, or obsolete items and coordinate proper disposal.
Implement measures to reduce inventory shrinkage.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Basic accounting or stock reconciliation skills.
Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Physical fitness to handle occasional lifting or warehouse activity (if applicable).
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus.
Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
Bilingual - English / Spanish a plus

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
