Warehouse Operations Executive

Green Plus Shipping and Logistics is looking for an experienced and responsible candidate to join our warehouse operations team in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle warehouse and storage inquiries from customers and clients
• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods from the warehouse
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain warehouse inventory records and stock movement
• Ensure proper documentation for receiving and dispatch activities
• Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal operations team
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
• Prepare daily warehouse reports and updates

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving and dispatch procedures
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, inventory systems)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Experience in JAFZA or logistics companies will be an added advantage
