We’re hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager for a top-tier impact window and door distributor and contractor with over 40 years of proven success across Florida. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with great pay, great benefits, and room to grow.

Position Overview

As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our warehouse operations — from inventory and shipping/receiving to safety protocols, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff and ensure daily operational efficiency
• Oversee product receiving, processing, and inventory organization
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA standards are followed
• Track shipments and logistics workflows
• Manage vendor and delivery schedules
• Conduct regular staff evaluations and coach for performance
• Collaborate with purchasing and field teams for fulfillment and delivery planning

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Management for Construction Building materials
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining compliance with procedures
• Experience managing shipment tracking, safety enforcement, and vendor communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based platforms
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience
